Ultra Long Range
Private Aviation Advisory · London
A private aviation and luxury advisory based in London. We work with a select number of ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, founders and family offices to design and manage their private aviation operations with clarity, efficiency and discretion.
The Zonda Way
We act as an aviation office for our clients. Our role is to understand how you fly today, design the right overall strategy for how you should fly tomorrow, and then oversee the sourcing and management of flights to that strategy.
We do not own or operate aircraft. Instead, we work through specialist aviation partners and a vetted network of certified operators to source, contract and run flights in line with your requirements. You deal with one relationship — The Zonda Group — while we handle the complexity in the background.
This structure allows us to separate thinking from execution: strategy, auditing and programme design sit with us; day‑to‑day flight operations sit with partners who specialise in that work, under standards we set and monitor.

What We Do
We review how you currently use private aviation and help you decide the right mix of structures going forward — existing programmes, new memberships, charter and other options. The aim is simple: the right aircraft, on the right terms, at the right time, across the year.
Included with Advisory Membership
We review your existing charter spend flight by flight, benchmarking every booking against independently sourced market rates. We identify where you are overpaying, highlight unfavourable broker terms, and deliver a written report with clear, actionable recommendations.
£2,500 flat fee
When clients choose to route part of their flying through us, we coordinate trips end‑to‑end: briefing requirements, sourcing options through specialist partners, recommending the best fit, and overseeing execution. You receive curated options and a single point of contact; we manage the work behind the scenes.
On enquiry
For Advisory Members, we monitor your aviation spend, operator performance, and booking value over time. Quarterly reviews ensure your programme remains efficient and competitive as your travel patterns evolve.

Why Zonda
We work with a select number of clients, not mass volume. This allows us to give each relationship the depth of attention it deserves.
Strategy and oversight sit with us. Day‑to‑day flight operations sit with partners who specialise in that work, under standards we set and monitor.
We can work alongside your existing operators, programmes and advisers — improving outcomes without requiring you to change everything at once.
Our fees are agreed in advance. You have a single relationship with The Zonda Group — not a different contact for every trip or query.

Start with an AuditFees & Economics
Our advisory fees cover the audit, operator selection, benchmarking, and ongoing oversight. They are agreed in advance and are not dependent on how much you fly in any given month.
When we arrange flights, the total price includes the operator's cost and our management margin. We benchmark every option against alternatives so your effective cost per route remains competitive.
We do not accept incentives that would push us to recommend a worse option for you in order to favour a particular supplier. Our commercial interest is aligned with yours.
Our Story
The Zonda Group was founded by Tapi Zonda with a straightforward conviction: individuals who work hard enough to afford private aviation deserve advisors who work exclusively for them.
Having identified a structural problem across the private aviation industry — where operators simultaneously advise and sell — Tapi built The Zonda Group as a genuinely independent alternative, where strategy and execution are kept separate and client interests come first.
Based in London with a global remit, The Zonda Group serves a discerning clientele of entrepreneurs, family offices, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals who require transparency, discretion, and uncompromising standards.
"Social mobility does not diminish the capacity for excellence. It sharpens it."
The Principle
“Most private aviation clients are paying 15 to 25 per cent above the true market rate for their flights. They do not know it because their broker has no commercial incentive to tell them.”
“The audit exists for one reason: to put a precise number on what independent advice is worth before you commit to anything. Most clients find that number compelling.”
“You can rebuild a brand. You cannot rebuild a reputation. Every engagement we take on is built around that principle.”
